摘要
本文从我国经济社会可持续发展的角度阐述了农用地分等定级与估价工作的重要性,从不同侧面分析了努力做好农用地分等定级与估价工作,从而为国务院深化改革土地管理、农用地规划与管理、耕地占补平衡、基本农田保护等提供基础和依据。同时也分析了农用地分等定级与估价工作的艰巨性,以国务院深化改革土地管理为契机,切实做好农用地分等定级与估价工作。
The necessity of classification, gradation and valuation for agricultural land is analyzed from the viewpoint of sustainable development of the economy and society in China in this paper. The classification, gradation, and valuation for agricultural land are bases for deepening land management reform, planning and managing agricultural land, balancing agricultural land between use and reclamation, and protecting basic agricultural land. The difficulties in the classification, gradation and valuation for agricultural land are also analyzed. It is very important to do this work well in accordance with deepening land management reform led by the State Council of China.
