摘要
在中国土地整理进展情况的基础上,提出了通过土地整理加强生态环境保护的必然性,分析了在土地整理中应遵循的生态系统原理及思路。指出土地整理的出发点应基于生态系统原理(时间、位置、物种、干扰和景观) ,核心是实现整理区生态系统的良性循环。在土地整理的生态分析中,应重点关注土地质量及其可持续性、项目区内外生态系统的连续性、景观的协调性及生物多样性的保护等问题。
On the basis of the development of the land consolidation and rehabilitation in China, the necessity of enhancing eco-environment protection by the land consolidation and rehabilitation is put forward.The ecological system principle and reason that should follow in the land consolidation and rehabilitation are analyzed in this paper.The start of the land consolidation and rehabilitation should base on the principle of ecological system (time,space,species,disturbance and landscape), and the core of the land consolidation and rehabilitation is realizing a benign circle of the ecological system in the land consolidation and rehabilitation area. During the ecological analysis of the land consolidation and rehabilitation,the land quality and the sustainability,the continuity of the ecological system,the consistency of the landscape and the bio-diversity protection around the project areas should be paid more attention to.
