摘要
对氯苯氧乙酸是一种性能优良、价格低廉,应用前景广泛的植物生长调节剂,本文主要研究了以氯制剂与苯氧乙酸为原料合成对氯苯氧乙酸的工艺.最佳反应工艺条件为:温度控制在60~65℃反应3h,反应物摩尔比为苯氧乙酸∶浓盐酸=19∶.0(mol),催化剂用量为苯氧乙酸用量的0.85%.
P-chlorophenoxy acetic is a good plant growth regulator with low price and widespread application prospect. In this paper, using chloroacetic acid and phenoxyacetic acid as raw materials, the synthesis of plant growth regulator-p-chlorophenoxy acetic acid was introduced and the optimum reaction condition was discussed. The reaction was carried out at 60 to 65℃ for 3 h, the ratio of phenoxyacetic acid to chlorhydric acid was 1:9 (mol) and the quantity of catalyst was 0.85% that of phenoxyacetic acid.
