摘要
研究了番茄中对氯苯氧乙酸残留的检测方法,并对其长期膳食风险进行了评估。番茄中对氯苯氧乙酸经乙腈提取,QuEChERS方法净化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测。结果显示,对氯苯氧乙酸在0.002~0.50 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性相关性,其定量限为0.01 mg/kg。12个地区番茄中对氯苯氧乙酸的最终残留量均小于0.01 mg/kg。其NEDI为0.034273 mg,风险商为5.7%,对氯苯氧乙酸对一般人群健康不会产生不可接受的风险。
The detection method of 4-CPA residues in tomatoes was conducted,and its long-term dietary risks were evaluated.The samples were extracted using acetonitrile,purified by the QuEChERS method,and detected by UPLC-MS/MS.The results showed that 4-CPA exhibited good linearity within the range of 0.002 to 0.50 mg/L,with the limit of quantification(LOQ)of 0.01 mg/kg.The final residue levels of 4-CPA in tomatoes from 12 regions were all below 0.01 mg/kg.The national estimated daily intake(NEDI)was 0.034273 mg,and the risk quotient(RQ)was 5.7%.The dietary exposure risk of 4-CPA was at an acceptable level.
