摘要
本文从用组织培养方法繁殖植物材料的五个阶段，综述了近20年来在组织培养研究和应用方面所取得的一系列进展，对现在存在的主要困难作了较为详细的讨论。
This Paper summarized a series of progresses achieved in the 20 years in therespects of research and application of histological culture and discussed the main existentdifficulties in detail.
