摘要 随着石油资源的日益枯竭,寻求廉价的、清洁的可再生能源成为各国能源领域的重要研究任务。纤维素物质的利用与转化对于解决世界环境污染以及能源危机等问题具有十分重要的意义。纤维素酶能有效地将纤维素物质水解成单糖,进而发酵生产乙醇、氢气以及微生物油脂等,因此纤维素酶日益受到人们的关注。文章在了解了纤维素酶的结构以及作用机理的基础上,对纤维素酶的各种来源、制取工艺和应用领域的研究进展作了详细的介绍,并对其今后的研究趋势进行了展望。 With the inevitable depletion of the world energy supply, there has been an increasing worldwide interest in the alternative energy. The application and transformation of cellulosic biomass can settle the issue of agriculture, renewable energy and environmental pollution, in which cellulase is responsible for conversion of renewable cellulosic biomass to simple sugars for fermentation to ethanol,H2 and microbial oils and has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, research progress on cellulase including the characteristic, the action mechanism, the resource, the production and the application were introduced. And finally the further research on cellulase were presented.
