神经干细胞脑内移植促进出血性脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的机制 被引量:1

摘要 出血性脑卒中一直是脑血管疾病中病死率和致残率都很高的一种疾患,但目前尚没有有效方法来降低脑出血的病死率及致残率。移植神经干细胞能进一步分化为神经元及星形胶质细胞并且改善肢体功能恢复得到近期很多研究的支持。但是目前对于移植细胞如何参与损伤修复的机制尚未明确,可能存在以下途径:①神经营养因子释放②轴突损伤修复③替代宿主细胞④减轻炎症反应。
