摘要
运用迈克尔.波特的"钻石模型",对影响峄城石榴产业竞争力的6种因素进行了分析研究,结果表明,果农种植规模较小、科技创新不足、品种结构混杂是造成峄城石榴产业竞争力下降的主要原因,对此提出了承包种植、加大科研投入和集约化生产等措施来提升峄城石榴产业竞争力。
Michael Porter＇s ＂Diamond Model＂ was used to analyze affecting factors of pomegranate industry competitiveness in Yicheng. Based on the situations, it was found that the main reasons of the decline of Yicheng pomegranate are small scale cultivation of orchardman, lack of scientific and technological innovation, mixed breed structure. It was proposed that contract plant, increasing investment in scientific research, pomegranate intensive production can promote Yicheng pomegranate industry＇ s competitiveness.
