摘要
目的探讨芦荟大黄素苷与DNA的相互作用。方法采用电子吸收光谱,荧光发射光谱,粘度实验以及凝胶电泳实验进行研究。结果与结论芦荟大黄素以插入方式与DNA分子结合;较高浓度的芦荟大黄素苷能够使Bel-7402肝癌细胞DNA由超螺旋构型转化为缺刻构型。
The binding properties of barbaloin to DNA were investigated by UV-visible electron absorption spectrum, fluorescence emission spectrum, viscosity measurement and gel electrophoresis, and insertion of barbaloin to DNA was identified. Higher concentration of barbaloin could convert DNA configuration of hepatoma carcinoma cell Bel-7402 from superhelix to indention.
