摘要
本文采用控制螺母转角和采用专用量具控制螺栓伸长量相结合的方法,来定量控制法兰预紧力。通过定量控制法兰预紧力的试验研究,确定螺母转角与螺栓力的对应关系,验证了专用量具的可行性,并在此基础上提出该法兰的装配规程。
The paper investigates the quantitative control of the assembly stresses of flanged joints by means of controling the displacement angles of the nuts and the deformation of the bolts with a special meassuring appliance. A flanged joint was tested to obtain the relation of the displacement angle of the nuts and the bolt stresses, and to make sure the feasibility of the meassuring appliance. The assembly procedure is given.
