摘要
用化学、金相、扫描电镜等方法对换热器发生穿孔泄漏的原因进行了分析。结果表明 ,该换热器板片材料含碳量偏高 ,在含Cl-的热醋介质、冲压加工、装配应力以及板片人字纹的特殊结构等因素共同作用下 ,在其交叉触点处发生缝隙腐蚀 ,从而导致穿孔泄漏。
The leakage of platelike exchanger made of stainless steel has been analysed with the methods of chemistry, metallography, SEM, etc. The results indicated that there were a few factors to influence the leakage. High carbon content, the stress caused by the punching and fitting, the hot acetic acid containing Cl - and the speci fic λ veins structure of the plates caused crevice corrosion at the joints leading to pitting leakage.
