高硅氧200孔代铂炉拉丝工艺试验与研究

摘要 高硅氧200孔代铂炉拉丝工艺生产线已在如皋玻纤厂投产成功,三期炉龄的试验结果表明,效果较为理想.本文较为详细地介绍了原材料、浸润剂、耐火材料、拉丝工艺布置、拉丝设备及主要工艺参数的选择,并对目前工艺生产线所存在的问题提出了一些改进意见. The platinum-substituted bushing furnace with 200 nozzles for drawing high-silica glass fiber has been put into operation successfully in Rugao Fiberglass Plant. It has been proved to be ratber satisfactory by the experiments in 3 campaigns.The selections of raw materials, fiber sizes, refractories, production line lay-out, fiber drawing equipment and principal process parameters have been introduced in this paper in detail, and some solutions for tbe problems existing in the current line have been suggested.
