摘要
由于器件和技术的原因,通信侦察的大功率宽带固态功放对国外有着很大的依赖性。因此,为解决当前的技术瓶颈,探讨了宽带大功率放大模块和大功率分路器、合路器的设计方法。以此为基础,利用合理的散热设计和过热保护电路,设计并实现了一套UHF宽带固态大功率放大器。
We depend on the foreign technology for the broadband solid-state high power amplifier for reconnaissance and communication. In order to resolve the technology bottle-neck, this paper presents the design method of broadband high power module, high power divider and combiner. On this basis, by using logical cooling means and superheat protect means, we design and implement a UHF broadband solid-state high power amplifier.
