摘要
根据某高频地波雷达对功放模块的要求,研究地波雷达全固态发射机功放模块的优化设计方法;讨论末级功放电路及其匹配设计中的有关问题;分析该功放模块的散热模型,最后给出了测试结果。结果表明,该发射机在6 MHz至8 MHz范围内输出功率达600 W,满足了该雷达的使用。
According to the demand on the power amplifier module for a HF ground-wave radar, this paper presents a method to optimize the design of power amplifier module for full solid-state radar transmitter. Some aspects related with both the last stage power amplifier circuit and the matching design are discussed firstly, and then its model of cooling and heat dissipating is analyzed. Finally the test results are given, which show that the output power of this transmitter is as much as 600W when operating at frequency of 6MHz to 8MHz and thus satisfies this radar's demand.
