振动训练时发展肌肉力量效果影响的实验研究 被引量:19

The Experimental Study on Vibration Training to Develop Muscle Power

摘要 采用振动负荷力量训练系统,对实验对象进行振动负荷力量训练,通过和传统杠铃下肢力量训练相比较,发现振动负荷力量训练能够在短时间内有效地提高肌肉的最大力量。 By vibration training, with comparative method, the paper analyzes the effect of training and the changes of weight, girth and body fat. It reveals obviously improvement the effects of muscle strength compared with the traditional strength training.
