摘要
采用韩国的JET VIBE(ETS-900N模式)振动器、美国的NORAXON TELEMYO 2400T无线遥测系统和MEGAWIN软件系统,对受试者分别在传统和振动条件下,以静力性和动力性方式,轻负荷和重负荷进行核心力量训练,测核心肌群11块肌肉肌电。结果显示:振动动力性方式的重负荷具有针对训练快肌纤维的使用价值;适宜强度振动的传统核心力量训练,静力性和动力性方式的重负荷和轻负荷的每秒肌电积分值都比相应的传统核心力量训练大,有显著性或非常显著性差异,是更为有效提高核心力量训练效果的新思路。
The JET VIBE (ETS-900 N mode) vibration instrument made in Korea, NORAXON TELEMYO 2400T with wireless telemetry system made in America and MEGAWIN software system are used. The experiement i,; carried out dynamically or statically, with or without vibration, and the load is different (high or low) to measure the change ot eleven pieces core muscles EMG. The result indicates that the dynamic performance of the heavy load vibration mode has the value for fast muscle fiber training in use. In the traditional core strength suitable for strength vibration, the EMG integral per second of the heavy work load and light load in static and dynamic condition is larger than the corresponding traditional core strength training. It has a very significant difference and is a new concept of improving the core strength training.
