摘要 非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)具有解热、镇痛、抗炎等作用。随着NSAIDs临床应用的增多,其相关不良反应成为日益突出的问题,其中最常见的是胃肠道不良反应。本文从NSAIDs的作用机制出发,对NSAIDs相关胃肠疾病的发病机制和临床表现作一综述。 Non-steroidal anti-inilammatory drugs （NSAIDs） have the effects of analgesia, anti-inflammation, as well as fever relieving. However, along with the increasing application of NSAIDs, the adverse effects also gradually emerged, especially the gastrointestinal adverse effects. This review article aims to clarify the mechanism of action of NSAIDs and the pathogenesis and clinical features of NSAIDs-related gastrointestinal diseases.
