摘要
目的探讨新癀片中的中药组分对化学药成分吲哚美辛的减毒作用。方法采用急性毒性实验。给ICR小鼠分别ig不同剂量的新癀片、化学药成分吲哚美辛,记录各组小鼠的死亡数、毒性症状,用Bliss法分别计算LD50。同时另设新癀片中药组分组,确定其最大给药量,并观察毒性反应。结果新癀片中药组分对小鼠的1日最大给药量为18.2g/kg。吲哚美辛的LD50为18.31mg/kg,新癀片的LD50为1217.83mg/kg,由于吲哚美辛在新癀片中的质量分数为2.478%,因此折算成新癀片中吲哚美辛的LD50为30.16mg/kg。结论新癀片中中药组分对吲哚美辛具有减毒作用。
Objective To study the attenuation effect of Chinese medicinal components in Xinhuang Tablets on indomethacin. Methods Various doses of Xinhuang Tablets and indomethacin were given to ICR mice by ig administration. Clinical signs and death were recorded. LD50 was computed by Bliss method. Meanwhile the maximal administration dose of Chinese medicinal components in Xinhuang Tablets was included, and their acute toxic reactions were observed. Results There were no toxic effects observed when a 18.2 g/kg dose of Chinese medicinal components in Xinhuang Tablets (the maximal acceptable dose) was given to mice. The LD50 of indomethacin in mice was 18.31 mg/kg. The LD50 of Xinhuang Tablets in mice was 1 217.83 mg/kg. As the content of indomethacin in Xinhuang Tablets was 2. 478%, the equivalent LD50 of indomethacin in mice was 30. 16 mg/kg. Conclusion Chinese medicinal components in Xinhuang Tablets can reduce the toxicity of indomethacin.
