摘要
采用C18反向色谱柱、二极管阵列紫外检测器,对R-2-[4-(5-三氟甲基-2-吡啶氧基)苯氧基]丙酸丁酯的含量进行高效液相色谱测定,采用外标法峰面积定量,相对标准偏差为1.2%,线性相关系数为0.9994,回收率范围为97.5%～102.7%。此方法快速、准确,适用于反应中控和样品测定。
The determination of n-butyl R-2-[4-（5-trifluoromethyl-2-pyridyloxy）phenoxy]propionate was studied by HPLC. The results showed that the recovery was 97.5%-102.7%,the relative standard deviation wasl.2% and the linear correlation was 0.9994.This method is simple, accurate and rapid.
