摘要
研究了用高效液相色谱测定N-丁基-3-甲酰胺基-4-甲基-6-羟基-2-吡啶酮含量的方法。样品在ODS柱上分离,流动相为含0.2%四丁基氯化铵的甲醇—水体系,流速为1.0 mL/min,紫外254nm检测,方法简便、快速,测定的变异系数为0.5%~0.9%。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method is described for the determination of N - n - butyl - 3 - aminocarbonyl - 4 - methyl - 6 - hydroxy - 2 - pyridone for industrial use. With an ODS column, the mobile phase is methanol - water (35:65) containing 0.2% tetrabutyl ammonium chloride at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength is 254 nm. The result shows that the coefficient of variation is 0.5%-0.9%. The method is simple, rapid and effective.
