摘要
利用大口径柱测试己内酰胺生产中己内酰胺含量。通过对各种萃取剂及各种柱型的筛选 ,确定了最佳的分析条件 :以甲苯作萃取剂 ,以 SE-5 4作为分析柱 ,不分流进样 ,外标法峰面积定量。并考察大口径柱不分流进样的重复性。结果表明 :结果准确性好 ,干扰因素少 ,线性范围宽为 0 .16~ 46m g/m L ,检出限低 ,为 2 ng;精密度高 ,相对标准偏差不超过 6.9% ,方法的回收率为 95 %~ 10 5 %
A wide\|bore capillary was employed to determine caprolactam content. Through the selection of extractant and capillary shape, the analysis conditions were optimized as: the toluence as the extractant, SE\|54 analytical column with splitless capillary injection system. The experimental repeatability was observed. The results showed that this method gave less interferences and high precision. The linearity ranged from 0.16~46 mg/mL, the limit of detection was 2 ng, the recovery ratio was 95%~105% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 6.9% and below.
