摘要 精氨酸是一种条件必需氨基酸,具有多种独特的生理和药理作用,已广泛应用于临床营养治疗。它不仅可以作为氮源提供者,还可以改善机体免疫功能,为淋巴细胞增殖、分化及合成细胞因子所必需,在维护肠黏膜完整性方面发挥着重要作用。因此,精氨酸是在病理状态下需要补充的重要免疫营养素。 Arginine, a conditionally essential amino acid involved in tions, has been applied in clinical nutrition therapy. It serves immune functions. It plays a key role in the proliferation and multiple physiological and pharmacological funcas a provider of nitrogen source and improves the differentiation of lymphocytes and production of cytokine. In addition, arginine is essential to maintain the functional integrity of the gut. It is therefore an important immunutrient that requires adequate supplementation under pathological situations.
