摘要
目的:了解我院全肠外营养液(TPN)的应用情况。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院2009年8月-2010年7月应用TPN的处方进行统计、分析。结果:在调查应用TPN的80例患者中,除2例(2.5%)因年龄超过80岁,由于多种疾病造成营养不良外,其余患者的肠外营养支持都在规定的适应证内。但仍存在TPN有13.75%的液体量偏低、21.25%的糖脂比偏低、10.00%的糖脂比偏高、1.25%的热氮比偏低、48.75%的热氮比>200:1的问题。结论:临床在应用TPN时,应针对患者的具体情况,设计合理的处方,以提高临床营养治疗的安全性和有效性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the utilization of total parenteral nutrition (TPN) in our hospital. METHODS: By using retrospective study, the utilization of TPN was analyzed statistically in our hospital between Aug. 2009 and Jul. 2010. RESULTS: Among investigated 80 patients receiving TPN, 2 patients over the age of 80 suffered from nutritional disturbance induced by various diseases while other patients were all within the prescribed indications. 13.75% had low amount of liquid, 21.25% had low glucose-lipid ratio, 10.00% had high glucose-lipid ratio, 1.25% had low RN ratio, and RN ratio of 48.75% was higher than 200:1. CONCLUSION: The clinical use of TPN in patients with specific conditions should be targeted. The prescriptions should be designed to enhance the safety and effectiveness of clinical nutrition therapy.
