摘要
研究了灵芝深层发酵生物富集硒、锌的效应。结果表明:生物富集硒,锌的最佳浓度分别为Se-120mg/L,Zn-40mg/L,富集硒的生物量为12.57g/L,富硒量859.71μg/g,富硒率9.01%。富集锌生物量15.38g/L,富锌量798.10μg/g,富锌率30.69%。
In this paper study the effect of bioaccumulation Se, Zn in submerged culture of Gendarme lucidum. Results showed the best accumulated concentration of Se／En were Se-120 mg/L, Zn-40 mg/L.The biomass accumulated mass and accumulation rate of Se accumulated were12.57 g/L,859.71μg/g, 9.01%.The biomass accumulation mass and accumulation rate of Zn accumulated were 15.38 g/L, 798.10μg/g, 30.69 %.
