摘要
本文对选育出的金针菇 WJ 的富锌能力作了初步研究,结果表明:金针菇 WJ 富锌能力较强,添加200～2500ppm范围的锌离子,在25℃13rpm 条件下培养,富集有机锌范围为19.6～152。
The preliminary study on the selected strain named Flammulina velutipes WJ and its absorption of inorganic Zinc ion proves that:WJ'S ability to absorb inorganic Zinc ion is very strong,adding inorganic Zinc ion from 200 to 2500 ppm to the culture medium, under the condition of 25℃,130rpm,the strain absorbs inorganic Zinc ion and transforms it into organozinc from 19.6 to 152.9mg/g.
