摘要
利用AOT[二-(2-乙基已基)琥珀酸酯磺酸钠]/异辛烷反胶束体系萃取葵花粕蛋白,讨论了温度、助表面活性剂的用量对体系增溶水的量(W0)的影响;(W0)对原料蛋白萃取率的影响。结果表明,在温度为35℃~40℃时,加入适量助表面活性剂,使体系W0在30~50的范围内,葵花粕蛋白的提取率较高,最高萃取率可达到88.9%。
In this paper, factors which influenced the extraction of sun-flower protein from sunflower meal were discussed. In the present, the Anion AOT/iso-octane system extract sunflower seed protein the extracting rate to be high. The optimum conditions, such as temperature (35℃-40℃ ), Wo (30-50), surfactant and its content were determined, in order to gain the peak yield of protein(88.9 % ).
