摘要
向日葵是我国重要的油料作物之一,本文综述了葵花籽中的生物活性成分及其主要生理功能,为高效利用葵花籽,开发葵花籽相关保健食品和药品提供科学依据。
The sunflower is an important oil crop in China. The bioactive compounds of sunflower and their physiological functions were summarized,which would provide theoretical basis and scientific direction for utilizating sunflower seeds more sufficiently and also for development of health-care food or medicine based from sunflower seeds.
