摘要
探讨了高校中心化实验室运行模式及其配套操作机制改革,促进了区域性实验技术资源共享;运用文献评阅分析高校中心化实验室的基本特征及存在问题,Delphi法调研辽宁省12家生物医药单位对共享服务的技术需求,根据阶段性实验的功能定位进行实验技术功能配置评估。结合本校实践对改革技术服务模式及优化操作机制进行了初步研究,用文献计量学等方法评价技术效率、效益;提出由传统的单机样品分析测试向兼顾阶段性实验转化的新运行模式及四化操作机制,提高了实验技术效率。
This paper explored the reform of the operating mode and supporting mechanisms of centralized laboratories in universities in order to promote regional experiment technology resource-sharing. It analyzed the basic characteristics and problems in the operating mode of centralized laboratories in Chinese universities, and investigated the demands of shared technology services among biological medicine universities and enterprises in Liaoning province by Delphi method. Besides, it assessed the function deployment of experiment technology according to the function allocation of desired experiments, performed preliminary studies on the reform of the technical service mode and the optimization of the operating mechanism based on the practice in the laboratory of China Medical University, and evaluated the technology efficiency and benefit by literature metrology. Finally, it established a new service operating mode and four supportive mechanisms for the stage and serial experiments compatible with the traditional instrumentation analysis, which increased experiment technology efficiency by 21. 0%. Actual practice shows that the reforms meet the development of centralized laboratory and the requirements of the science and education development in the university and the society, improving the resource-sharing of the university.
