摘要
目的检测实验30周糖尿病大鼠其胃黏膜肥大细胞的变化。方法取SPF级SD大鼠,应用链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)建立糖尿病大鼠模型,持续30周后,采用甲苯胺蓝特殊染色方法对糖尿病30周大鼠、正常对照组及中药治疗组的胃黏膜肥大细胞进行检测。结果30周糖尿病大鼠胃黏膜肥大细胞数量增多,中药组数量与模型组相比减少,显示中药组对胃黏膜的保护。结论实验30周糖尿病大鼠胃黏膜肥大细胞呈现不同程度的数量变化,揭示其在糖尿病胃黏膜损伤中呈现着指示作用。
Objective To test the changes of gastric mucosal mast cells in 30 weeks diabetic rats model. Methods Streptozotocin (SIZ) was used to establish diabetic rats model with SPF and SD rats, and maintained for 30 weeks. Toluidine blue staining technique was used to detect the levels of gastric mucosal mast cells in the thirtieth week diabetic rats, normal control rats, and the traditional Chinese medicine therapy treated rats. Results The result showed the population of gastric mucosal mast cells of 30 week diabetic rats was increased, but that of traditional Chinese medicine therapy treated rats was decreased, which indicated that the traditional Chinese medicine therapy could protect gastric mucous membrane. Conclusion The gastric mucosal mast cells show different degree quantitative change in 30 weeks diabetic rats and reveal the directive action in diabetic gastric mucous membrane damage.
