摘要
目的探讨帕金森病病人中外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)分泌IL-2的能力。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测体外培养的PBMC上清液、及PBMC接受刀豆蛋白(ConA)刺激后上清液中IL-2含量。结果PDⅠ期患者中未受刺激的PBMC分泌的IL-2显著高于PDⅡ-Ⅲ期患者(P<0.05),接受ConA刺激后,以PDⅡ-Ⅲ期患者的PBMC生成IL-2最低,显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),刺激后同刺激前相比各组IL-2都有升高,但仅健康对照组刺激前后有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论帕金森病患者的外周血单个核细胞的分泌IL-2能力存在异常。
Objectives To investigate the capability of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) to produce IL-2 in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients. Methods ELISA was adopted to detect the IL-2 content in the supernatant of unstimulated and ConA-stimulated PBMC. Results IL-2 secreted from PBMC of PD patients on stage Ⅰ (PD Ⅰ ) was significantly higher than that of PD patients at stage Ⅱ or m (PD Ⅰ -Ⅲ ) ( P 〈0.05). with the Con A stimulation, IL-2 in the PD Ⅱ -Ⅲ patients was the lowest which was significantly lower than that of normal control (P 〈 0. 05). IL-2 level was improved in all groups after stimulation, but significant enhancement of IL-2 section after stimulation was only found in normal control (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Abnormality of IL-2 secretion is present in PBMC of PD patients.
