摘要
针对目前建筑业工程项目存在着工期长、浪费大、造价高的现状 ,探讨了价值工程在工程设计方案中的应用 ,从建筑功能分析入手来研究建筑的功能和成本的合理匹配 ,强调建筑的功能提高与建筑的成本降低的有机结合 ,通过价值工程的应用 ,可以找出工程的最优设计方案 ,从而提高投资效益 ,减少工程项目不必要的成本浪费 .同时 ,结合工程实例 。
In view of the situation that the engineering projects in the field of building take too long time limit of a project,create too much waste and need too high cost,the application of value engineering in optimum choice of design plan is studied.The reasonable relationship between the function and the cost in the building is analyzed,and the effective combination between improving function and cutting down cost is emphasized.By means of the application of value engineering, the optimum choice of engineering design plan is found out through improving the benefit of investment ,and reducing the unnecessary waste of engineering project cost.In the meantime, the basic theory and operational steps of synthetical evauation on design plan using engineering example is elaborated.
