摘要 根据供应商管理库存(VMI)的基本原理,本文将VMI应用于汽车零部件供应链中,寻求VMI在汽车零部件供应链中的运作模式,并引入第三方物流协助汽车零部件供应商管理库存。 to the basic theory of VMI, the paper applies VMI in automobile spare parts supply chain, seeks the operation model of VMI in automobile spare parts supply chain, and introduces the third party logistics to help automobile spare parts suppliers manage inventory.
