摘要
根据全球汽车工业发展的总体趋势,阐述了汽车零部件供应链向模块化体系转变的历史背景;对模块化的三 个方面即:产品结构模块化、制造过程模块化和采购关系模块化以及他们之间的相互关系做了介绍;最后,分析了这 种模块化的供应链体系对未来汽车零部件供应商的发展战略的影响以及中小零部件供应商的应对策略.
This article presents the background of the evolution of modular supplying system in automotive industries based on the development trend of global automotive industries. The three facets of modular system: product modularization, production modularization and outsourcing modularization and their inter-relations are introduced. At the end, the impact of the modularization on the future strategies of automotive suppliers and their countermeasures are analyzed.
