摘要
传统的齿轮单啮仪和双啮仪无法对小模数齿轮(m<1.0 mm)进行测量,提出了一种在视觉三坐标测量机上测量小模数齿轮齿形误差的新方法。该方法在视觉三坐标测量机器上测量出小模数齿轮齿廓边缘点的坐标值,然后通过渐开线拟合的方法得到小模数齿轮的齿形误差。该方法符合齿形误差的定义,误差小于3.5μm,满足大多数小模数齿轮的测量要求。理论和实践证明,该方法具有精度高,使用方便等优点。
Traditional single and double flank gear rolling tester can't be used to measure small module gear( m 〈 1.0 mm). This paper presents a new method to measure tooth error of small module gears. In application of this new method, first by using CMM with vision system to obtain the coordinate values of tooth figure' s points, and then the tooth error can be calculated through fitting of involute. This method accords with the definition of tooth error and the accuracy can reach 3.5 μm. It satisfies a number of requests of measuring tooth error of a small module gear. The analysis and experiments prove that this method has the advantages of high precision and convenience.
