摘要
提出一种在三坐标测量机上利用坐标法测量渐开线圆柱齿轮齿距偏差的新方法,分析了该方法的测量原理,并通过检测实例对该方法的有效性进行了验证。结果表明,该方法具有测量采点精度高、测量和误差数据处理过程人工干预少等优点。
A new approach for measuring the teeth space deviations of involute circular gears on a CMM with coordinates method was introduced. The measuring principle of tiffs approach was analyzed, and its validity was verified with a testing example. Results show that this approach has advantages of high - precision collecting measuring points and less manual intervention during measurement and error data process.
