图像处理技术测量轴上键槽的宽度和深度 被引量:1

摘要 轴上键槽的尺寸测量是利用图像处理技术进行尺寸检测的一个难点,目前相关研究也极少。本文提出了一种利用图像处理技术测量轴上键槽宽度和深度尺寸的方法,给出了理论推导,并针对实际宽度10mm、深度7.06mm的键槽进行了测量实验。测量结果表明,应用本方法获得的键槽宽度测量误差比较大,键槽深度测量误差满足测量要求。 In the process of measurement using image processing, measuring key way is a difficult thing, Today the study on it is little, This paper gives out a method to measure key way. In this paper the process of theoretical derivation is shown out, and experimental results are also listed. To a key way of 10mm's width and 7.06mm's depth, using this method can get the result that the error about the width of key way is big and the error about the depth of key way is acceptable.
