摘要
目的研究新鲜美味牛肝菌、华美牛肝菌、美柄牛肝菌、绒柄牛肝菌的急性毒性。方法小鼠急性毒性实验。结果美味牛肝菌、华美牛肝菌对小鼠急性经口MTD>13.3 g/kg bw,属实际无毒级;美柄牛肝菌对小鼠急性经口MTD>20.0 g/kg bw,属无毒级;加热处理后的绒柄牛肝菌对小鼠急性经口MTD>10.0 g/kg bw,属实际无毒级。结论上述4种牛肝菌无明显的急性毒性,经处理后可安全地食用。
Objective To study the acute toxicity of fresh Boletus speciosus Fro6t, Boletus Calopus Fr, Boletus edulis Bull Fr and Boletus tomentipes Earle. Methods The oral acute toxicity test in rats was carried out. Results The MTD values of Boletus speciosus Frost and Boletus Calopus Fr were more than 13.3 g/kg bw by the mrs' mouth, so the two kinds of Boletus were actual no poison. The MTD of Boletus edulis Bull Fr. was raore than 20.0 g/kg bw by the rats' mouth, it was no poison. The MTD of Boletus tomentipes Earle by heated was more than 10.0 g/kg bw by rats' mouth, it also belonged to actual no poison. Conclusion The acute toxicity of the 4 kinds of Boletus was not observed in the study. So they could be consumed safely after treated by heat.
