摘要
本文在茯苓摇瓶液体发酵条件研究的基础上,进一步探讨了茯苓的摇瓶补料培养液体发酵和发酵罐补料液体发酵的发酵工艺。新发酵工艺缩短了茯苓液体发酵的时间,并提高了茯苓菌体产量。
Under the studies on conditions of liquid fermentation of Poria cocos, the techniques of Erlenmeyer flask additional medium liquid fermentation and additional medium liquid fermentation in fermentor were studied in this paper. The time of Poria cocos liquid fermentation was decreased, the dry weight of mycelium was increased also through new technique of fermentation.
