摘要
本文主要研究了香菇C_(ro2)菌株的液体培养特性,比较了木屑母种与斜面母种摇床培养的差异。用超声波处理发酵液,制备出了用于配制口服液的发酵原液。
This paper studied submerged culture and prepatation of fermented liquor of Lentiunla edodes. Using the mycelia grew in fine sawdust medium for submerged culture, the best mycelial growth was obtained in fermented medium. The wet weigh of mycelia was 43.89-52.85 grams in 190 h, the medium pH was 2.83-2.85. After suppersonic freatmens for 60 minutes, the number of mycelial sphere decreased by 67.86%.
