摘要
牛乳中掺入豆浆，从感观和理化指标上很难鉴别，故掺入现象较为普遍。本文依据化学反应基本原理，对牛乳中掺入豆浆鉴别方法进行探讨和改进。试验结果表明：两种方法均能检出５％豆浆掺入量，且方法、试剂简单，灵敏度较高。
Based on the principle of chemical reaction,distinguishing method of milk adulterated soya bean milk was improved.Test results indicated that two methods can distinguish 5% soya bean milk,and the methods were simple and sensitive and adaptable to distinguishing fast milk on the spot.
