摘要
牛乳中掺入豆浆,从感观和理化指标上很难鉴别,故掺入现象较为普遍。本文依据化学反应基本原理,对牛乳中掺入豆浆鉴别方法进行探讨和改进。试验结果表明:两种方法均能检出5%豆浆掺入量,且方法、试剂简单,灵敏度较高。
Based on the principle of chemical reaction,distinguishing method of milk adulterated soya bean milk was improved.Test results indicated that two methods can distinguish 5% soya bean milk,and the methods were simple and sensitive and adaptable to distinguishing fast milk on the spot.
