长角血蜱性信息素生物合成的激素调控 被引量:1

HORMONALREGULATIONOF THE SEX PHEROMONE BIOSYNTHESIS IN ADULT FEMALE OFHAEMAPHYSALIS LONGICORNIS(ACARI:OXODIDAE)

摘要 用气相色谱和高效液相色谱分别对长角血蜱雌蜱盾窝腺中性信息素z6-二氯酚(2,6-DCP)含量和整体蜕皮激素20-羟基蜕皮酮(20-E)含量进行了测定.结果表明:雌蜱2,6-DCP生物合成开始于由若虫蜕出后5d,之后其含量增加并在盾窝腺中沉积,吸血前后达到高峰(11.12ng·只(-1)),吸血后3d开始下降,但吸血后3-5d内保持在一恒定水平,此期内2,6-DCP释放以吸引雄蜱,吸血后7d即交配后含量急剧下降,饱血后下降为零.雌蜱由若虫蜕出后3d20-E有一峰(9.58ng·只(-1)),此峰可能与启动2,6-DCP合成有关,交配前20-E无明显变化;雌蜱申若虫蜕出后当天分别注射20-E和保幼激素Ⅲ(JHⅢ),均能使2,6-DCP合成量增加.以上结果说明,20-E和JHⅢ调节性信息素2,6-DCP的生物合成,蜕皮激素可能与2,6-DCP分泌无关. Quantitative variation of the sex pheromone, 2,6-DCP, in fovtal gland andedysteroid (20-E) in whole body of female Haamaphysalis longicornis were detected by GCand HPLC separately. The results suggeStal that 2,6-DCP biosynthesis occurred on the 5thday aftermoulting from nymph, then it increased and deposited in the foveal gland andreached a peak(11.12 ng .tick-1) on the day just before or after feding. On the 3rd day afterfeeding, it declined and maitained at a relatively stable level between 3rd and 5th day afterfeeding. During this period, 2,6 -DCP released and exed the male searching behaviour. Aftermating, 2,6-DCP decrease signficantly and could not detected on the engorgement day. Apeak of 20-E was detected on the 3rd day aftermoulting from nymph. It wight initiate thebiosynthesis of 2, 6-DCP. Injdsn of exogenous20-E and JH III on the lst dayaftermoulting from nymph could enhance the quantity of 2,6-DCP. The above results indi cated that 2,6-DCP biosynthesis was controlled by hormones.
