摘要
将直接液相微萃取(LPME)和气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)相结合,对废水中酚类化合物进行了分析,对影响LPME的因数进行了条件优化(萃取溶剂:乙酸正戊酯;液滴体积:3.0μL;搅拌速度:400 r/min;萃取温度:50℃;pH 1.5;萃取时间:15 min),并和国家标准方法进行了对比.结果表明优化后的LPME-GC-FID不仅在相同的线性浓度范围有很好的线性关系,而且具有操作简单快速、经济廉价、准确可行的优点.
Liqulid-phase microextraction (LPME) followed with GC-FID has been applied to the analysis of phenolic compounds in waste water, with the influential factors in experiment optimized (extraction solvent: n-amyl acetate; solvent dropvolume: 3 mL; stirring rate: 400 r/min; extraction time: 15 min; pH 1.5), and compared with the China national standard method. The results show that the optimised LPME-GCFID has higher linearity in the examined concentration range with correlation coefficients, and has the merits of rapid, inexpensive and reliable.
