摘要
建立了液-液-液微萃取与高效液相色谱联用技术快速分析尿样中美沙酮的方法。对有机溶剂种类、体积、样品溶液的pH值、萃取时间、搅拌速度进行了优化。方法的线性范围为0.05~10 mg/L,检出限为0.025mg/L,相对标准偏差小于5%。
A novel method for the determination of methadone in urine using liquid-liquid-liquid phase microextraction (LLLME) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography was developed. The extraction solvent, the solvent volume, pH in the donor phase, the extraction time and the stirring rate were optimized. The linear range of the studied analyte was from 0.05 to 10 mg/L. The limit of detection was 0.025 mg/L at a ratio of signal-to-noise of 3 (S/N). The relative standard deviation was lower than 5 %. With LLLME, some substances in urine interfering the determination of methadone were eliminated efficiently. The higher selectivity was obtained. The results demonstrate the present method is a simple and sensitive method for the analysis of methadone in human urine.
