摘要
提出了以十二烷基硫酸钠/氯代正丁烷/正丁醇/水组成的反胶束体系作为分离介质,研究了17种苯酚和苯甲酸衍生物在反胶束缓冲体系中的电泳行为.结果表明:11种酚类化合物的表观电泳淌度及其离解常数存在良好的线性关系,线性方程为μ_(app)=-23.319pK_1+36.183(R=0.9556);利用启发式算法得出的17种苯酚和苯甲酸衍生物定量结构—表观电泳淌度的关系模型能够直观地得到影响分析物表观电泳淌度的参数,预测结果和实验结果具有良好的一致性。
A novel reverse SDS micelle system was used as separation medium for the analysis of some phenolic and benzoic compounds. The electrophoretic behavior of the seventeen analytes in a novel reverse SDS micelle system was investigated. A satisfactory linear equation was μapp = -23.319pK1+36.183(R= 0.955 6). A quantitative structure-apparent electrophoretic mobility relationship was developed for the apparent electrophoretic mobilities of seventeen phenolic and benzoic compounds based on the descriptors calculated from the structure alone. The model could give some insights into the factors that are likely to govern the apparent electrophoretic mobilities of the compounds, and the prediction results were in good agreement with the experimental values.
