硼锰矿生产硼酸和碳酸锰的半工业试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 阐述了由硼锰矿生产硼酸和碳酸锰的半工业试验结果。采用酸浸可同时浸出硼和锰,浸出率97%以上,在高酸和高锰溶液中冷冻得硼酸,品位大于98%,采用针铁矿法除铁与碳酸氢铵沉锰后获得品位达98%的碳酸锰产品。 The pilot-scale test results of producing Boric acid and manganese carbonate from B-Mn ore are elucidated. Acid leaching method is adopted for extracting B and Mn simultaneously, the extracting ratioes are more than 97%. Boric acid is crystalized out in the solution of high acid and high manganese concentration by the method of goethite and freezing, manganese carbonate is precipitated by NH 4HCO 3, its grade is over 98%.
