摘要
针对金川一次铜镍合金氯化液的特点,研究了针铁矿法除铁,除铁率可达99.9%。除铁后液含铁小于0.02g/L,铁渣主要成分是Fe2O3·H2O,镍、铜夹带损失率均小于0.5%。
In light of the characteristics of chloride solution from chlorination leaching of primary Cu Ni alloy, the authors studied iron removal by the Goethite process and obtained after iron removal contains below 0.02 g/L of iron. The loss rate of Ni and Cu is below 0.5%, respectively and the grade of iron is above 50%.
