摘要
研究了用针铁矿法从含铁小于1g/dm3的镍电解混合阳极液中除铁.研究了温度、pH、中和剂和氧化剂等因素对除铁的影响.结果表明,铁可除到l.5mg/dm3,满足生产O#镍的要求.
In present paper iron removal with the jarosite process from the mixed anodic electrolyte which contained less than 1 g/dm3 nickel in nickel electrolysis was studied experimentally. The infuence of temperature, pH, neutralizing reagent and oxidizing reagent on the effect were investigated. The results showed that the removal limit might be l.5 mg/ dm3 and it met the requirement for producing 0# nickel product.
