摘要 乙烯裂解的C9芳烃馏分(简称C9馏分),因富含有大量不饱和组分,是很好的聚合原料。本文介绍了利用沸程在100~200℃间的C9馏分为原料,以Lewis酸作为催化剂,进行阳离子聚合反应制备芳烃溶剂油的工艺。考察了以BF3与AlCl3的乙醚络合物作为催化剂对产品的影响;同时考察了反应温度、反应时间对聚合反应及产品的影响。通过实验得出,用C9馏分生产芳烃溶剂油的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度为55℃,反应时间6 h,BF3与AlCl3配比为1∶4,用量2.5%,芳烃溶剂油的收率最高为76.67%,并同时可得到少量深色石油树脂,软化点可达112℃。反应后处理采用加入固体碱终止,避免了产生大量废水。 The C9 aromatic fraction of cracking ethylene, with large amount of unsaturated components is a good raw material for polymerization. This article has described the technology to prepare aromatie solvent naphtha by use of the C9 fraction ( 100 - 200 ℃ boiling range) as raw material, few is acid as catalyst, through a cationic polymerization. The influence of catalysts, such as BF3 or complex of AlCl3 and ether, reaction temperature and time on reaction and product performanae is discussed. It is fomal that the optimum reaction condition is as follows: reaction temperature 65℃, time 6 h, catalyst 2.5% ( BF3/AlCl3 = 1/4). When the yield of aromatic solvent naphtha is 76.67%. A small amount of by product darkcolor petroleum resin will also be obtained with a softing point 112 ℃. The reaction can be terminated by addition of alkali, avoiding formation of large amount of was tewatev.
