摘要
在低压的条件下进行了芳烃抽余油加氢脱不饱和烃制优质溶剂油的试验。改性催化剂Pt/Al2O3在反应中表现出了优良的低压加氢反应活性和反应稳定性。反应条件(温度、压力、液时空速、氢油比以及杂质含量)试验表明,液时空速对加氢反应的影响较大,宜取3.0h-1左右,加氢处理后,芳烃抽余油中的烯烃转化率和芳烃转化率分别可达99%和95%以上,经简单蒸馏切割后,可分别得到优质的6#溶剂油和120#溶剂油。
Experiments of hydrogenation of aromatic raffinate for removing unsaturated hydrocarbons and obtaining high grade solvent oils were carried out under low hydrogen pressure. The modified catalyst Pt/Al2O 3 exhibited good reaction activity and reaction stability in the selected reaction conditions. The reaction condition (temperature, pressure, hydrogen to oil ratio, LHSV and impurities) tests showed that LHSV was a more important influence factor on the reaction, LHSV is taken about 3.0 h-1 in the selected reaction conditions is reasonable. After hydrogenation, the conversion rates of alkene and aromatics reach above 99 % and 95 % respectively, and the high grade solvent oil 6# and 120# can be obtained through a simple distillation process.
