摘要
选择质量分数w(苯)1228%,w(甲苯)332%,w(芳烃)156%的6#抽提溶剂油为原料,应用镍铝催化剂在10mL高压加氢固定床微反气相色谱联合装置上进行催化加氢脱芳烃的研究,考察了不同操作条件下6#抽提溶剂油催化加氢脱芳烃的效果。在反应压力05MPa,氢油体积比70∶1,反应温度130℃,空速10h-1的条件下,6#抽提溶剂油催化加氢脱芳烃的效果较好,加氢后油中w(总芳烃)可降至005%,符合中国石油天然气总公司科技局提出的油中w(芳烃)不大于010%的要求。
The 6 # extraction solvent oil contains benzene 12.28, toluene 3.32, and total aromatic hydrocarbons 15.60%. Hydrodearomatization of the feed was carried out on a 10 ml scale fixed bed microreactor chromatography unit over a Ni Al catalyst. Effects of reaction conditions on the dearomatization were investigated. The preferred results were obtained at reaction condition of 130 ℃, 0 5 MPa,SV=1 0 h -1 and H 2/oil volumeric ratio of 70∶1. At this condition, the hydrogenated oil contains less than 0 05% aromatic hydrocarbons,which meets the requirment of 6 #extraction solvent oil for aromatic hydrocarbons content of less than 0 1%.
